As we continue to build and expand the BG Gaming Community, I want to share some important details about our integrated tools and services to ensure everyone can access our resources efficiently and collaborate effectively. Here’s a quick overview of each service:
1. Email Access
You have your [email protected] email address for all community correspondence. To access your email, simply go to:

This email service streamlines our communication, making it easy to stay in touch, share updates, and collaborate.
For setting up your email on mobile devices, Outlook, Thunderbird, or other clients, click the “Email Setup” button to get detailed instructions. [Include a clickable link to email setup instructions here]
2. Synology Drive
Our Synology Drive is designed for secure file storage and sharing. It allows for easy collaboration, file versioning, and access control to keep our projects organized.
Access: members.bggamingcommunity.org
Navigate to the Drive section to manage your files.
3. Synology DSM (DiskStation Manager)
Synology DSM is the user interface that manages our NAS (Network Attached Storage) and all its services. Within DSM, you can access and manage Drive, shared folders, multimedia apps, and more. It’s user-friendly and great for overseeing our file management and community resources.
Access DSM through the same portal: members.bggamingcommunity.org.
4. Office Suite
Our web-based Office tools let you create, edit, and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Work together in real-time, provide feedback, and create community content efficiently.
Log in at members.bggamingcommunity.org and select the Office option.
5. Chat
Our chat system keeps everyone connected with group discussions and direct messaging. Whether you’re coordinating a project, sharing updates, or just chatting, it’s all in one place.
Access it at members.bggamingcommunity.org under the Chat section.
6. File System
You can organize and store files, create folders, upload content, and collaborate with ease. Everything is integrated, so you can access your files directly from the Drive section once you log in.
7. VPN Access
For secure remote connections, we’ve set up a VPN service to ensure your access is private and protected while using community resources. Simply log in through members.bggamingcommunity.org and select the VPN option. This will create a secure tunnel for you to edit company files directly from the server. This is best used for editing so you can edit directly off of the server with no risk of data loss.
Mobile Apps
To make it even easier to access our services on the go, there are mobile apps available for most of these tools:
- Synology Drive (Available on iOS and Android)
- Synology Chat (Available on iOS and Android)
- Synology Office (Accessible through the Synology Drive app)
- VPN Plus Client (Available on iOS and Android)
- Email Access (Can be configured with any standard mail app using your credentials)
